St. Joseph, Ost - Quilt Party - Join us for the Quilt Bingo fundraiser in the new School Gym, St. Joseph, Ost.  Door open at 12:30 p.m., activities begin at 2:00 p.m.  Lunch will be served.  21 handmade quilts - choice of first quilt to be auctioned to the highest bidder with 20 games of bingo to follow.

10th Annual Golf Tournament for Discalced Carmelite Nuns - The Friends of the Carmelite Nuns invite you to participate in the 10th Annual Benefit Golf Tournament to be held on Monday, September 25, with a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. at Willowbend Golf Club.  This fundraiser event will help with the completion of the enclosure wall of the monastery and to support our Carmelites.  The entry fee is $125 per player ($500 per team), which includes a sack lunch, green fees, cart, on-course beverages, and exciting hold competitions including a $10,000 hole-in-one prize!  A delicious awards dinner with prizes will be provided by the clubhouse, many priests of our diocese will join the fun!  For more information contact Jeff Dahlgren at This email address is being protected from spambots. Praying the Rosary for Inner Healing Series - Sharon Witzell, coordinator of Senior Adult Ministries, will present beginning October 5 at 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. and 7-8:30 p.m. at the Spiritual Life Center.  This series will reveal a powerful and personal approach to using the Rosary as a process of transformation and healing.  Each class will guide you to examine your life.  The cost for the series is $40 which includes the book.  Please register by calling the Spiritual Life Center at (316) 744-0167 or email slcwichita.org.  Registration deadline is September 22.

46th Annual Diocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass - The Office of Marriage and Family Life invites all couples of the diocese who are celebrating a wedding anniversary ending in 0 or 5 and all couples who have been married for 50 years or more to this special Mass on October 8 starting at 3:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 430 N. Saint Mary's Aleppo Fall Festival - You are invited to Saint Mary Aleppo Fall Festival on Sunday, October 8, 2017.  Come and enjoy our famous sausage sandwiches, homemade pies, concession snacks/drinks, kids and adult games, trap shoot, BINGO, and generous raffle.  You only need to be present for door prizes, not raffle items.  Located one mile west of 13th St. North at 247th West.

St. Peter Schulte Annual Craft Fair - The Annual Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, October 14th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the school .Admission is $2 for over 100 vendors.  Lots of homemade food including bierocks and cinnamon rolls.  Come join us!

Senior Adult Ministries Fall Festival - The Senior Adult Ministries is inviting all adults to our Annual Fall Festival on October 17 beginning at noon at The Ville in Andover.  The caterer for the event is Carriage Crossing Restaurant from Yoder.  The cost for the day is $10 per person.  Please bring a non-perishable food item for Our Daily Bread Food Pantry.  Registration deadline is October 6th.  Please send your check and registration to: Office of Marriage and Family Life, 437 N. Faith and Family Festival - The 2nd Annual Faith and Family Festival - Families Growing in Faith - will be held Saturday, October 21 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.  The keynote speaker is Danielle Bean, creator of the Momnipotent Program.  The early bird cost is $49 per couple of $29 for an individual.  The event will include the adult marriage conference, Together in Holiness, offered in partnership with the St. John Paul II Foundation and children's program.  The day will conclude with Vigil Mass celebrated by our Vicar General Fr. Child of My Heart - Miscarriage and Stillbirth Support Group - Has your family or anyone you know suffered the loss of an infant through miscarriage or stillbirth?  Are you alone in your grief not sure where to turn?  Our churh is here to help.  Child of My Heart is a Catholic ministry with parents who have experienced their own infant losses and understand the uniqueness of the grieving process.  We meet the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 861 N.
